If you implement even one strategy from the foundations module of this course and do it on a consistent basis, you should see results with a couple weeks. Depending on which strategy you start out with, some results will be quicker, others may take a little longer. For example, starting with exercise will deliver the quickest results.
Absolutely! This program was created with beginners in mind. It was specifically designed to help those just starting out with longevity get a leg up on their journey.
It's not a matter of if, it's when. You WILL encounter challengers along the way. The most common challenge is getting off the program, falling off the wagon. If you find that you've stopped following the program at any time, simply re-committ. Get right back on. The soon you do, the easier it will be. Everyone falters, even me. It doesn't matter if you stumble, what matters is that you get started again.
