In 2009, staring at my 60-year-old self in the mirror, I knew I had to make a change. I was 270 pounds and felt every bit of my age. I was tired, and out of shape. and dealing with numerous health issues. I was battling high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and facing a host of other health issues. I didn’t like what I saw and I decided to make some changes.
I was on that path for eight years before I realized that I was only having intermittent success and that my weight was yo-yoing because I had the wrong goals. I had chosen a short-term goal of losing weight instead of a long-term goal of adopting a different lifestyle. I discovered longevity science in 2017 and began adopting a longevity lifestyle of healthy nutrition, consistent exercise and implanting the latest advancements in longevity science.
A couple of years later I had experienced such a remarkable transformation that I decided I couldn’t keep this to myself. I decided to share what I’d learned with others who are also passionate about living longer, healthier life. My YouTube channel, launched in 2019 and with over 80,000 subscribers, is a vibrant community where I discuss the latest in longevity science, share personal insights, and offer practical advice. Through this platform, I aim to inspire and educate my audience about the possibilities of a youthful, energetic life.

Today, at 75, I’m living proof that age is just a number. I have successfully turned back the clock and actually reduced my biological age. And that success has garnered some attention. I’ve presented at longevity conferences, been interviewed for an Israeli documentary, and even placed 12th in the Rejuvenation Olympics.
In addition to my YouTube channel, I’ve developed an online course called “The LONGEVITY Guide” and I’m a Longevity Coach. All in an effort to provide in-depth knowledge and practical strategies that anyone can implement to improve their health and extend their lifespan. To spread the word that we have more control over the aging process than ever before, than was ever thought possible.
